WHAT TO EXPECT

When you book your First Chiropractic House Call Visit, you will fill out new patient forms online, and you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your appointment.


On the day of your first visit, Dr. Lee will arrive at your home, office, or gym to perform a thorough consult and examination.  Dr. Lee will go over the findings with you and create a personalized care plan that includes recommendations to help you reach your health goals. This initial visit will last about 45-60 minutes and will include your first adjustment if deemed appropriate.


During follow-up visits, Dr. Lee will check how your body is progressing and will provide chiropractic adjustments and other therapeutic services (soft tissue therapy, dry needling, and/or cupping if necessary).  Each visit will be personalized to you and your body, ensuring that you can feel better faster and reach your health goals sooner!  Follow-up visits will last anywhere from 15, 30, or 60 minutes depending on your care plan.

**Payment Options:
Dr. Lee House Calls accepts payment via check, exact cash amounts, and credit/debit cards. For your convenience, you may choose (optional) to securely store your payment information in our compliant electronic health records and billing software. Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSA) are accepted. We are out of network with all insurance carriers; however, we can provide a receipt with the information necessary for self-submission upon request.

*Any receipts for insurance self-submission will be produced after the 1st visit, and again at the end of the active care plan. It is worth noting that some insurance companies will not accept treatment from an out-of-network provider and will not provide any reimbursement benefit.

DURING YOUR FIRST VISIT:

Upon your first appointment visit at your location of choice, Dr. Lee will perform a thorough history, consult, and examination.  Dr. Lee will discuss your findings, answer your questions, and create an encompassing personalized care plan customized to your individual health care needs and goals.  This initial thorough visit will typically take about 45-60 minutes and this appointment will also include your first adjustment if deemed medically appropriate.  
 
SUBSEQUENT VISITS:
 
During any necessary follow-up visits, Dr. Lee will evaluate how your body is progressing and will provide chiropractic adjustments as well as other supportive therapeutic services (such as soft tissue therapy, dry needling, and/or cupping as needed).  Expect each visit to be personalized to you and your body ensuring that you feel better faster and reach your health goals quickly! Follow-up visits will typically last anywhere from 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes depending on your needs.

"I never thought I would need a chiropractor to adjust me or even a MOBILE one in this case. My whole experience from the initial visit to the following visits were AMAZING! I live in New Orleans East, so Dr.Lee wasn't able to meet me there, but he was easily able to meet in Metairie, Kenner, Jefferson, Elmwood, or wherever it's possible for him to travel to; just simply ask him! My case involved my rib being dislocated from..........stretching. Yes, it was the most ridiculous thing that could cause it, but that's my life story now. In addition to my rib, my neck had years of built up damage from my poor posture and bad lifestyle. I guess my rib popping was the last straw for my neck to give out on me. It took 4 visits of adjusting, dry needling, and tissue scraping for my body to start getting back to normal. I wish I could show y'all the difference from day 1 and my last visit because it was staggering. I wasn't able to turn my head in any direction without tightness and extreme pain. It was extremely difficult to drive and check my blind spots. It was fortunate that Dr. Lee was able to meet me in different locations a few times or I wouldn't have been able to heal in 4 weeks. His bedside mannerisms and helpful videos that he provided played a big part of me coming back after the first visit. It just made it feel like he truly cared about me getting better. I LOVE that I found this doctor! I meant to post this sooner but I live in Austin and was visiting for the weekend last month and I strained my back somehow lifting my luggage to my airbnb. I called 4 other places that couldn’t see me until the next day or later and I found Dr. Lee’s post that he’ll come to me! He drove out right away to come adjust me. He even did dry needling and electrical stimulation on my muscles to calm them down- it felt great.
