Have you noticed that by midday, you’re already feeling exhausted—even when you’ve had a full night’s sleep?
Believe it or not, your neck pain could be draining your energy levels.
Here’s why:
➡️ Poor posture restricts blood flow – When your neck is out of alignment, it can reduce circulation to your brain, leading to brain fog and fatigue.
➡️ Tense muscles = more energy spent – Constant muscle tension burns energy, leaving you feeling drained by the end of the day.
➡️Pain disrupts sleep – If you’re waking up stiff or sore, your body isn’t fully recovering overnight.
